Each person is a unique blend of the 5 elements ~ and according to Ayurveda, anything can be medicine or poison depending on the nature of the patient, the nature of the medicine, and the nature of the imbalance. This workshop will give you the knowledge to discern what is healthy physiology for you, and how to work with the elements to restore balance and harmony to your physiology, allowing you to live your most fulfilling life.Â
