About the event
Ayurveda is Yoga's sister science as the traditional medicine system of India.
From an Ayurvedic perspective, anything, including movement, can be medicine or poison relative to its qualities and usage.
In this workshop, Ayurvedic principles are applied to modern yoga movement practices to better understand how different styles of movement, and specific postures, impact the body and mind.
