About the event

This intensive includes a thorough breakdown of vinyasa postures, sequencing, and practice teaching. This module is designed to prepare new teachers, or teachers new to vinyasa, to teach grounded and embodied movement meditation in a smooth vinyasa, or progressive journey from opening meditation to savasana.
