This 15-hour module covers the foundations of Tantric Vinyasa, a holistically integrated practice of entrainment. This includes intelligently sequencing asanas, mindful transitions, integrating subtle energetic practices & meditations, and more. The combination of embodiment practices and teaching theory/practice in these intensives prepares the teacher to integrate ancient tantric practices into modern vinyasa classes with reverence and ease.Â
