About the event

A self-paced, module-based teacher training with options to create your own path. 

A total of 8 modules, including 4 foundational modules, and 80 practice hours must be completed to achieve certification.

  3. Philosophy
  4. Subtle Anatomy

Elected modules:

  1. Tantric Vinyasa 
  2. Solar Vinyasa
  3. Anahata Vinyasa
  4. Lunar Vinyasa
  5. 26 & 2
  6. Yin 1
  7. Yin 2
  8. Yin 3
  9. Ayurveda
  10. Sutra Study
  11. Yoga Nidra

Additional projects include:

  • Embodiment practices and reflections (ongoing)
  • Research paper (final)
  • Record and submit teaching demo (final)
