Warmth's yoga teacher training is designed to meet the needs of the modern Yogi. 

Though there is no pre-requisite to join the intensives and all students are welcome, it is recommended that you have at least 1-year of practice experience to receive the full benefit.

Drop into any of the weekend intensives with no commitment, or register for the full teacher training program. 


Potential employment and mentorship are available upon completion.



  • Fridays 5 - 8 PM

  • Saturdays 8 AM - 5 PM

  • Sundays 8 AM - 4 PM

There is a 2 hour lunch break on full training days, usually from 12 - 2pm.

Please allow for some fluidity to the schedule within 1 hr to the times listed above.

  • Trainings are held at Warmth studios in the Shakti room or Shanti suite

  • The early registration fee is $200 per module

    • If registered within 7 days prior to the intensive, registration goes up to $250  

  • Space is limited, pre-registration is strongly encouraged

Certificate of completion may be issued at the completion of each module upon request.


Continuing education credits are available for Yoga Alliance registered teachers. 

Full Training Package

  • $2200 paid up front

  • Payment plan $200/mo for 12 months

  • Included in the full training package: unlimited membership for 1 year                + 8 weekend intensives

Certification Requirements

  • Register for the training program

  • Completion of the following modules: Anatomy, Subtle Anatomy, Philosophy, and at least one of the following: 26 & 2, Tantric Vinyasa, or Yin 1 & 2.

  • Complete 120 hours of intensives (8 modules)

  • Complete 80 hours of classes at Warmth

  • Complete embodiment practices and reflections

  • Complete final research paper

  • Record and submit teaching demo


Mariah Sunrae is the lead instructor for Warmth's teacher training.


Mariah's teaching is informed by her background of practice and study of Ayurveda, Tantra, traditional Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa.

Mariah is joined by Cassie Brinkley. Cassie's expertise is in functional anatomy, Yin Yoga, and the 26 & 2 series.


It is our intention to offer a high-quality training program that is accessible and affordable for the benefit of all students and teachers on the path of Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda.
